Step 1: Write down your top 5 goals.
Step 2: Open ChatGPT and use this prompt:
“Tell me a story of a day in my life as my future self from the description below: [insert your 5 goals].”
Step 3: Then follow up with this prompt:
“Create a daily schedule for me to follow that will allow me to achieve this exact life.”
Step 4: Go for it.
It’s a simple way to turn big goals into a vivid vision—and then into daily action.
